Creator support + web platforms

Helping people feel confident using digital tools.

I’m a designer, web publisher, trainer and support partner with 20 years of experience. I help people solve problems, understand the next step and build the confidence to move forward on their own.

How I support people

A clear process for helping people get unstuck.

Good support starts with the person’s goal, not the software. I use a simple four-part approach to find the issue, explain the solution and keep the work moving.

01

Understand the problem

I ask clarifying questions, gather context and determine what the person is actually trying to accomplish.

02

Investigate and troubleshoot

I test workflows, identify likely causes and explain the solution without unnecessary technical language.

03

Document and teach

I create step-by-step instructions and Loom tutorials that help people complete the task—and handle it independently next time.

04

Escalate responsibly

When an issue requires technical intervention, I organize the relevant context, attempted steps and observed results so the next person can act quickly.

Teachery platform demonstration

Clear steps, shown in context.

I created a short, silent demonstration showing how to link lesson text to a downloadable PDF using Teachery’s built-in file manager. I kept it focused on the key steps so a creator can follow the process quickly.

How I learn new platforms

Curious first. Methodical second. Helpful throughout.

I have worked with WordPress, Drupal, LeadPages, Wix and Umbraco. When I learn a new platform, I test the user journey, document each step and look for places where people may get confused. This helps me understand new systems quickly and explain solutions in clear, simple language.
